You first need all the installers for the drivers and the programs attached to your device. Download (as in Save, not Run) them from here http://global.oce.com/products/tds400/Downloads.aspx Get in this order just the latest ones: - for the drivers - 1.19.1 for the WPD, the HDI and the 1.17 for the Adobe one. - for the utilities the ServLogic and the Cleaning tool 1.2 - for the programs - the Print LT 1.3.16, the LT Web, the WUP 2.8.2, the R Logic 12.11 and the Acc Cons 2.6.1 Once all of them are in your pc burn a backup disk with them. Now you must install them. Make sure the unit isn't plugged in and launch the installer in the order i gave you.Do not plug the unit in the pc until told so by the installer. For the programs you will have to insert the codes that were provided when you have bought the unit - the installer will tell you when , how and which.

You don't get in the controller, you instasll the drivers in the pc and from there you configure it - the entire procedure is explained in detail in the manual, which you should download also from there.

how do i get into the embedded controller to install the drivers, some of the orignal disks are mislaid , do i need them
