If you forget the password then do not have any option for frmet E5 mobile.Only u can do this by the new software or UIT settings by the computer.

Hi, If you want to format your phone,be sure to back up all important files contacts,calendar,messages etc. before doing this method because everything will be deleted after the process.
Then follow these steps: - On your home screen,just type *#7370#, a message pop up "lock code" - Enter the your current code if you change it before,otherwise the code will be 12345 as the default.Your phone will reboot automatically,Now your phone is in original settings. GoodLuck=)
