internet explorer cannot display web page. this always pops up on my computer when trying to access facebook. how can i fix this?

To remove pop ups try following steps: Before removing it I am giving some introduction about popup. Pop advertisements are an intrusive method where when you click on it it opens up in a seperate window. To remove:

Click on start button.
Select internet explorer.
Open the tools menu located on the upper level in menu bar.
Select popup blocker to configure the settings.
Select turn on to turn on it and select turn off to turn off it.
