You need to call your service provider, for instance optus call them and as for the puc code (personal unblocking code) to unblock your phone, I hope I have been helpful.

How do i unblock a number i accidently blocked

Step 1 Open 'Contacts' on your phone and select the contact you want to block or unblock.
If they've already been blocked you'll see a circular blue symbol next to their number:
Step 2 Tap the 'Menu' soft key in the bottom left of the screen then:
  • Tap 'Add to reject list' if you want to block the contact; or
  • Tap 'Remove from reject list' if the contact was blocked and you want to receive their calls

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways -The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity. For details to obtain the PUK code for the SIM card, pleaseclick on this link and follow my instructions.

My Phone Sim card has been blocked,,so pls tell me steps to open it.

Hello,

The step to take is for you to enter the PUK number of the simcard so it will enable you to get ***** to your sim card,Firstly PUK means, personal unblocking key. It is simple to get it off the phone. The PUK can be found mostly in the pack where you took out the sim card of the phone from. You will see some codes on the pack of the sim, there you will also see the PUK code, enter it and it will ask you to enter a new security code. Then you enter it and the sim will be unlocked.

PUK mainly blocks the sim card from working on the phone. you can use a new sim card on the phone and it will work perfectly fine.

If you do not have the sim pack, you can contact the customer care or help center of the sim card and they will give you the PUK code. try that with another phone.

Thank you for using fixya.

I don't know how to find my puk code for my LG Cookie / LG KP500

PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it. Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account. It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). More information on unlocking phones will be available here in the very near future. NOTE: It is a criminal offence for anyone to attempt to unblock a mobile phone, other than the network provider who put the block on the phone. If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, use the links above to navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator.

My phone keeps on saying pin blocked when i turn it on and now i cant use it.

That's a sim card problem. The best thing you can do to unblock the PIN is enter the PUK code that comes with the sim cards leaflet. If that option is not available, consider changing you sim card.
