the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There are voltages in the power supply that need to be very closely matched to the sticker that is on the back of the plasma display panel. If some of the voltages especially the VSCAN goes too high or too low then abnormalities such as discolorzation can happen. Changing the direction only affects direct view CRT's only. Plasmas are only affected by elevation and thats usually when you live 5000 feet or more above sea level. I would have a technician check the voltages once the panel has warmed up for 20 min or so and see if they are correct. Good luck.

SOURCE: When i turn on tv screen is bright white instead of blue!!!

This is a problem that should be taken in for service as there could be many problems causing the problem. The power supply could not be supplying voltage to run the video card or you could have a failure in the video card itself. Try calling this number for Insignia Customer service help. 1-877-467-4289. Hope this helps you with your problem.

Try different video sources, if they all do the same thing then your main board is probably fried. Try resetting the TV settings in the TV menu too.
