Installing an aftermarket radio in a 2001 montero sport, and can not get power to the radio. The only piece not plugged in from the old wiring is the small black plug (it looks like an "S" cable for a tv). The new Pioneer radio does not have a place to plug that in.

That almost sounds like it had a stock amplifier. Did you purchase the correct wiring harness? If you ordered one for your vehicle and didn't specify that it had an amp, it won't take that into consideration, and thus no way to plug it in. Check www.crutchfield.com to see if a harness is availble for your vehicle. Hope this helps.

HOw to replace spark plug wires on a 1998 Mitsubishi montero sport?

Installing New Spark Plug Wires Is Simple, Especially Of One Wire Is Replaced At A Time. Compare The Length Of The Old Wire With The Length Of The New Wire. Replace Each Wire With One Of Equal Length.Make Sure The New Wire Is Fully Attached On The Plug And In The Distributor Or Coil Module.

Spark Plug Wire Replacement Is More Complicated If All The Wires Are Removed At Once. Then You Must Use The Engine Firing Order And Cylinder Numbers To Route Each Wire Correctly.

After getting my batterry replaced on my 2003 ford explorer sport my radio will not power on? any suggestions

I would start by checking the fuse. If it is good, you may have to pull the unit. Is it a stock unit or aftermarket upgrade? Alot of time the aftermarket radios have there own power wire and the person who replaced the battery may have left off the power wire under the hood. Hope this helps
