You could provide more info (email program anit virus software). From what you have given me, I would say you need to go into your anitvirus and see if your software is blocking your email program from working.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have 2 items stuck in the outbox and both are greater than 50mbs,they have been there for approx 2weeks and i can not sent nor delete,is there away that i can get both of these off of my system, thank you

Microsoft has some answers for you
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/delete-a-message-stuck-in-the-outbox-HA001139411.aspx

Or try this
Method 1 Open the message from the Outbox and close it again. Now select the message and press DELETE

Method 2 Put Outlook in offline mode. To do this go to File-> Work Offline. Now restart Outlook and see if you can delete it (you can try this in combination with method 1). Don't forget to put Outlook back On-line again

I have my yahoo account set up on Outlook 2010. I can receive mail but after a day or two it starts asking for my password. If I go to yahoo mail log out and login it starts working in Outlook again. Is...

2 reasons as far as i know

1. If you recieve an email with attachment ( more than 3-4 MB ) Outlook may not download as the file size is too big
2. Any mail with attachment and has Virus/spyware linked to it, Outlook will disconnect.

Work around solution is, If you are using Antivirus which has Email filtering, Disable this option from the Antivirus program or Turn it off for time being till you download all the mails from Yahoo to Outlook and turn it on

Another reason is, at times yahoo login ( website ) ask you for verification code, ( this could be for several reasons like, someone trying to access your email account with wrong password, it will prompt for verification code )
If your login page is asking for verification code, and you are trying to download the mails from yahoo to outlook, you will get a username/password screen on Outlook, this is when you login to yahoo webpage and logout.

Outlook

There are a number of posible reasons for this.

1) The email could have contained a virus which has stopped your computer from running correctly.

2) Your computer cannot download the pictures because the files are too large. Outlook may appear to jam but you may need to give it time for the pictures to download.

3) Your antivirus software may be stopping the email fro being downloaded.

Do you know who sent the photos?
Are they from a trusted source?

If the files are very large you will need to wait for Outlook Express to download them. Depending on your connection speed and server this may take some time, so be patient.

Do you have access to your email via a web address? Some people use this when they are away from home and want to receive their email. If you can access your email via a web address, I would suggest that you delete this particular email.
