All of a sudden my printer stopped recognizing color cartridge.It was ok till yesterday. Fault developed today when switched on the power supply today. Cartridge was refilled twice .I removed & cleaned the cartridge but to no avail..Every time the error message appears when I switch on the power supply . Please help resolve the problem.
