Lg viewty ku990 bluetooth bd address not set

Any help would be appreciated, my lg viewty ku990 when trying to turn bluetooth on it comes up with the message you must set the bd address.
ive looked in the manual and cant see anything relating to it.

    every time i try to turn my bluetooth on it just states bluetooth address not set please can enyone give me the right sollution. Tried reset factory settings and factory values i can set the factory settings but not the values why !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that the bluethoot of your pc or your LG KU990 (Viewty) Has no name. Your bluethoot address have a IP address but for the windows you need to put nthe name. Give your device a name that windows can find and vise versa. Most bluethoot softawe find the phone but sometimes you have to it in a otherway. Remove the item in the profile list of your bluethoot software that you made it for the phone. Now sometimes you have to turn off and on your phone cause there will be a program still running on the background of your phone. So when you want to find your LG KU990 (Viewty) you have to do it vise versa. Find your Pc or Laptop with your LG KU990 (Viewty) in this way the bluethoot will find the address and ask you for a security code. In this case you can make a password. EXAMPLE 1234 or NicKy what ever you want. Then the bluethoot software will setup the modem drivers of your phone so you make an connection with the bluethoot. Sometimes you have to reinstal the drivers to make the software work correctly. I hope this will help you out. Fallow the steps when the drivers will be ready to install. Best regards; Henk Muskita.

Bluetooth can't detect new devices!
You might want to try to Reset Settings and see if that works first

1. Go to Menu
2. Select the Settings tab
3. Select Phone Settings icon
4.Select Reset Settings.

Once you do this, turn your phone off and back on, and try this next if u have Bluetoot of turn it back on.

1. Go to the Bluetooth icon
2. And select Settings
3. Select My Address
Make sure your My Bluetooth shows an address like
00:1k:54:nj:54:m5 (not a real address but should be same form)
If your bluetooth addres has been removed or corrupted contact me back.
