Question about HP Compaq ProLiant DL380 G4 Server
HP has a utility called Smart Start. This cd should have came with the server. Boot server with this cd and follow the prompts. It will load all the drivers and utilities needed to manage your server. It will prompt you for your windows cd as well. If you don't have this cd you can download it from HP web site. Just go to the software and download section and type in your model. Good luck!

To install Windows Server 2003, you just insert the Windows Server CD just like any other Microsoft Operating System. You might need to create a driver floppy for windows to find the hard drives first. To do this, check your product manual/disks. You should have it. If not, hp.com has it available for download.
Once you get it setup, we can help with Privledges.
