There should be either a receptacle on the back of the head unit, or a jack on the front.

How do you set the time on the Dual c70770 and where is the plug-in for the ipod?

Your clock adjustment is probably located at enter/function mode. Was looking at the layout of the deck and there isn't aux port in the front so my guess is that it is located on the rear of the deck. Make sure you have the iplug connector.

I have a Dual XD 7500 N car radio and wish to hook up my ipod.

Yes, there should be a 3.5mm connector on the unit (same connector as your iPod headphones jack)
Dual refers to this as the "iPlug" in the user's manual

I have an pioneer deh p4700mp and when i try to change things on the face plate it wont let me the only thing i can change is the voulome the voulome knob is the only thing that works

Take the faceplate off and check the metal contacts on the deck and on the rear of the faceplate... Make sure they are clean and all intact..
You can use a soft pencil eraser to clean the metal contacts.. see if this improves things.

Have a problem with my valor its-700w car stereo the cd or dvd keeps getting stuck how do i take the cd out and check whats wrong with it . it's out of warranty!!

Not an easy thing to do. Unless you are a patient who have a knack for small mechanical things. Even I who have years of experience working with electronic device, and mechanical things find it pretty hard to service these things.

I cant find the iplug connectoin

The iPlug connects to the back of the deck. So, the unit has to be removed from the dash/console of the vehicle. Look for the Red and White RCA inputs.
