-   Bottom arm is working, top arm has water spraying out but it not spinning dishes in top rack do not get clean, hw do I fix this?-   cobbold

Make sure the tap is fully open. Check the water line for kinks. Finally, turn off the water and see if you can remove the water line. If so, inspect the water inlet area and see if you can find the filter/strainer. It may be clogged with debris.See if you can verify that the solenoid valve is opening fully.
