I have a BlackJack 2, I've had for 4 months, the round enter button inside the Large Circle is stuck. I am unable to use that button and I have to use the arrow button to enter. How can I unjam the center button? Thank You

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones). click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Good luck!

With some Brother printers you can try this.
Access the internal maintenance mode by pressing the Menu/Set button, then press * 2 8 6 4 within 2 seconds. This should put you in the maintenance mode menu. Enter 80, and then scroll down with the arrow down (round) key. You'll find an entry listed as purge count. If number is over 6000, enter 2 7 8 3.
This will reset the purge count value. Then the printer will restart, hopefully without the annoying cannot clean message.
Some times this happens because of using cheap compatible ink cartridges if this is the case change the ink cartridges.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Take out Battery, Insert Battery. Then hold the up arrow or the top of the round circle and press the power button while holding the up position. It will allow a force flash by pressing 1 and answer Y to continue. It worked for me on my SGH-I617. Best Buy in Denver Andrea gave me the way to unlock, cause my daughter forgot her code to allow keypad dialing. AT&T had no solution and passed me to Samsung and they say it needs to be flashed at a repair center. No way.
This is actually a bug in the BlackJack II's firmware. If you power the BlackJack II off, but you're unable to power back on, try removing the battery for about 10 seconds, then reinsert the battery and power back on. The power button should work now.
(At the moment there's no permanent fix for this.)
Does that adequately resolve the issue?
Are you turning the BlackJack II off to conserve battery? While flying? Something else?
There are two ways to enter contacts on the blackjack i 607 on your PC. The first one is outlook and the second one that I would recemend is call Mobile Back-Up. It is a service that AT&T offers it will back your contacts to a server in case you lose your device. It also allows you to create, edit and delete contacts via the internet. The service is $1.99 a month. mobilebackup.att.com

I have a question for you: Can you give me the specs of the AC adapter for this phone (usually written on the adapter)?
1. What is the OUTPUT in volts (V)?
2. What is the OUTPUT in milliamperes (mA)? 3. What is the polarity (i.e. is the + sign in the center of the jack or on the exterior)?
(The wall plug transformer has a diagram depicting two circles with the inner circle representing the center conductor. A line coming from the inner circle will show a minus (-) or a plus(+) symbol to let you know the polarity of the center conductor.) Thanks!
You will need to enter programming mode. Here are the directions. You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. Press 0 for AM 1 for PM
Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" key
