    I have a 32" Ilo TV that the standby light is lit but cannot power on the TV manually or with the remote.

Hello I was disconnected from our service? I own this TV
My rating are very important to us and if there is any way that you could please remove the red mark. I never got a chance to push one keystroke.

    I apologize For some reason we do not a Chat button on our profile. This was a a feature that I thought the the Customer could see.

    If there is any way that my profile has a request for Chat please select it. My understanding is there use to be one on our profile but I can not see it because the customer see our profile in a different View. I apologize for the misunderstanding have contacted my staff to fix or add this feature to our profiles .

If you get a flash on the red light when you try to turn it on and hear a popping noise. Unplug it then use a hair dryer to heat the inverter up on the right side (power button side) of the tv (up through the vents in the back for 10-15 mins). Plug it back in and turn on.

I have the same issue. Here's a temporary solution, which is what I've been doing for the last couple of weeks, unplug the unit from the wall, just long enough for the red standby light to go out, then plug the unit back up. as soon that the red standby light comes on, press the on button the the remote or the unit. You may have to do this couple of time before it works. Somedays it works on the first try for me and then somedays I have to do it 3 to 4 time. I sure that at some point this will stop working too.
