check the PCB balve maybe is cloged and the breather that create high vacuum wen are cloged and create a whistling sound.

Check to make sure the little hoses are not cloged and also check to make sure the filters are not cloged. Also check to make sure the water supply is going into the refrigerator

the answer is "No". Your player cannot play MP4 DVD discs.

Some DVD players will read 'DVD-R' ("minus-R") disks.
Some DVD players will read 'DVD+R' ("minus+R") disks.
Some DVD players will read "both" types of disks.

So, if you're burning onto a DVD+R disk, you won't be able to "play" the disk on your Toshiba DVD-player.

Instead, buy "blank" DVD-R disks, and write on them.

Open bottom of machine and check the drain pump to make sure it's not clogged.

Motor was not working. Disposed of old player and bought another dvd player

some dvd players dont play all dvd. i think the dvd player dont support the format of your dvd movie try a different dvd movie.This msg show up in every dvd you try to play????
