I can only hear the music and no singing. There is a little static too.

I have the same problem and wondered if it had something to do with new apps I had just loaded. I did try to restore, and also re-sync'd without apps, but still have the same issue.

My Ipod keeps displaying the wrong album artwork when i'm listening to music

That's because it's really wrong. If you have the correct album artwork saved on your computer, this is the way to fix it.
1. Open iTunes.
2. Select Music.
3. Right-click on the song with incorrect album artwork.
4. Select "Get Info" to open the song properties.
5. Select the "Artwork" tab, which happens to be the last tab.
6. Delete the wrong artwork that you see there and replace it by clicking "Add..." button and locating the correct artwork from your computer.
Another way of replacing it is to open the correct album artwork (from your computer), right click on the image and select "Copy". and then go back to song properties on iTunes and paste it by clicking CTRL-V (control, then V) from Windows keyboard or Command-V (command, then V) from Mac keyboard.
7. Finally, click the "Ok" button to save your changes.
BTW, you can also modify the song title, and the lyrics from the song properties.
I hope that solves your problem.

My ipod touch plays the music, but the lyrics are distorted. Tried different earphones, but it's still the same. If I move the plug a bit, it sometimes clears up.

Sounds like a bad headphone jack. Contact Apple at 1-800-275-2273 (1-800-APL-CARE) if it's under warranty. If not, find an iPod repair company to see if they can re-solder the headphone jack.

ITouch music got deleted

Hi teenagewarni,

please try restoring your ipod touch software. This should solve your problem. Please make sure that your music still plays in itunes on your computer.

To guest,

there will always be a small amount of "other" on your ipod touch or iphone.

This is due to the operating system and applications that come with the devices. Not the ones you can download.

Please ignore this "other" amount, as this is unavoidable.

I hope this helps you both,

Nathan.
