I want to see my mms

Hi there,

you should request or check your MMS / multimedia and internet settings on your phone, possibly have your service provider send them to you again.

If everything seems to be OK or you can't figure it out, contact your service provider or take the phone to somewhere to have someone else look at it to get the problem solved.

I can't figure out how to get a reliable connection to the Internet through my iPhone 4.

Hi Mickie

The iPhone can connect to the internet in a couple of ways. What have you tried so far?

If there's a SIM card in the phone you should be connected through your service provider? If not, id there a wi-fi system where you are that you can use?

Cannot remember my w-f password

If you lose or forget your password, you can usually get it from your modem or your Internet service provider.
  • 1 Look on your modem. This is the box that your Internet service provider gave you when your Internet service was installed. Some Internet Service providers put your wireless password directly on the box along with your user-name. A modem may or may not be separate from a wireless router, which sends out the wireless signals. If you have two boxes and are unsure which is which, look at both.
  • 2 Call your Internet service provider if you cannot find a password on the modem. You can also try online customer service through your service provider's website if you are able to get Internet access apart from your wireless connection.

  • 3 Talk to a customer service representive and ask to retrieve your password. You may be required to change it. Be prepared to provide security information that the service provider has on file, such as your Social Security number, phone number, address or another personal security question.

I can't figure out how to set up my wireless internet.

To setup a wireless Internet connection you need the following :- 1. You need either a cable or DSL modem with a wireless router or a 3G wireless modem that connects to a 3G wireless network. 2. You need to signup with an Internet Service Provider. The Internet Service Provider may also provide this modem at a cost. 3. The Internet Service Prodider will provide an installation instructions/CD as well as E-mail setup. Have you already installed the wireless card driver on your computer? Can you give me details of what you have already done in regards with setting up the wireless access.
