Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine
Help please! After moving house and finally unpacking my Incanto classic coffee machine i found that the machine worked for a couple of coffees and then stopped. Now the 2 green lights blink (for the 2 cup sizes) which is normal, but also the red left light is blinking. The manual says that this light blinks when the water circuit needs to be charged, however the machine won't do this no matter what i do. Now machine site there with the 2 green lights and one red light blinking, So problem somewhere related to getting the water to cycle through the machine. Much appreciate if you can offer any ideas or suggestions, I've cleaned the machine out and pulled all i can apart to clean etec but no change..
The machine automatically stir the beans since the blade make vibration and doing that shake the bean all around.Make sure the the tank is half full so the weight will help on that.If the container is almost empty the bean will fly around and don`t get in the grinder.Back up the machine to the original factory grinding and try to adjust again the wheel

Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact Saeco USA Inc. to locate a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : firstname.lastname@example.org

Try descaling the machine. If there is no water getting to the brew unit then it might be blocked, if you checked the brew unit then the blockage might be at the boiler or one of the lines.

If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.
