Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
When I go to print a document, a screen comes up saying "Communication available." I have checked the connections, checked properties under printer to make sure they were set correctly, and still it won't print. Can you assist?
Check that the default page in properties is set to match whatever the printer is set to. A4 in properties and on printer is generally what is needed, properties may be on "letter" in the PC
Go to control panel/system/hardware/device manager/universal serial bus and find your printer, go to properties and update the driver.
