This sounds like a Blend Door problem. The problem is that the blend door in the plenum is stuck in the A/C position and will not reposition to allow heat.
There are two possible issues.

1: The Acuator has snapped off (plastic breaks)

2: The Blend Door is broken (plastic hinge broke)

There are related articles to fix both of these conditions

Water coming in through blower

It sounds as if your heater box/ AC condenser box has stopped up drains. Look in the engine compartment against the firewall directly by where the heater box is on the other side of and you should see the drain hose. I would suggest using a vacuum hose reduced down to remove any trash blocking it. If you use compressed air, it will only blow the trash back into the box and will cause a stoppage at a later date. I definately would not run a wire up through it as you might puncture the heater coill/ ac condenser coil. Good Luck

The drain line is plugged on my 2007 corolla lwhere is the drain hose?

What drain hose? If it is for the AC, in the engine compartment on the passenger side, the is a black plastic box on the firewall where the AC / heater blower fan is. At the bottom of this box is the drain hose. The box houses the AC evaporator and when the AC is running, water condenses on the evaporator and is drained through the hose.

How do I repair the condensation that is constantly in the front passenger floor board of my 1992 Mits Lancer. Is ther a drain hose that needs to be cleaned out? It stinks!

The AC condensation drain tube is located on the passenger side of the fire-well towards the bottom, it can be easily viewed from under the vehicle and it looks similar to a heater hose that is cut off and goes to nothing. To clean out the AC drain tube use long pipe cleaners folded in half, and be very careful not to damage the heater core, or the AC core with any hard or sharp objects. The carpet can also be pulled back at the base of the heater box on the passeger side floor to check if the AC drain tube has become detached from the heater box.

The front passenger floor gets sopping wet after I drive and turn off the truck after having had the a/c running. It only does this if I had the a/c running. What's going on? 2003 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl. Aoto...

That sounds like the AC condensation drain tube/hose is plugged up.

The AC evaporator/core condensation drain tube is located on the passenger side of the fire-wall towards the bottom of the fire-wall, (it resembles a heater hose that is coming off from the fire-wall and it connects to nothing, and it is just to drain the AC condensation) and it is easily viewed from under the vehicle. Use long pipe cleaners folded in half to clean out the AC drain, and be very careful that the AC evaporator/core, or the heater core is not damaged from using any hard or sharp objects to clean out the AC drain.

2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 liter: Air conditioner drips condensate on passenger side floor. Is there a drain somewhere that could be plugged?

There is a drain tube on the lower part of the firewall that is probably plugged.Normally I use a pick to dislodge debris some use coat hangers but you must be careful not to poke at too hard and cause a freon leak in the evaporator core.

How do I know if my heater core is bad?

The heater core shares the same housing as the air conditioning evaporator core. The drain for the AC is designed to leak condensation. The coolant could be draining out of the same drain hole. To test a heater core you must use a cooling system pressure tester. If the pressure drops during testing search for your leak looking at all your cooling system components including your radiator. If the heater core is leaking coolant should be coming out of the AC drain hole.
