I would not use this product unless you exactly know what it is, and if it's appropriate for your coffee machine. Instead get some Saeco decalcifier powder DEZCAL that you add to your water and follow your machine instruction on how to decalcify.
hi, Descale means to run a solution through your machine to clean out any lime and calcium that may have built up in the water lines. If its not brewing then it must have build up in the boiler. Buy some descale solution or powder and add to water resevior add per directions on bottle. Run a descale cycle in machines program. If this doesn't clean out your blockage, then you'll have to remove the boiler and drill out the water inlet. Dazza REPAIRER
Try a espresso descaler that you can get united grocers, or almost any restaurant supply. They whole section of all espresso related items. Get the descaler that comes in a powder, follow directions on small container . It's low cost, but high results. It is strictly made for espresso machines and , you put it in head with the block no hole plunger, little ofbthe powder in, then put under preside for 3 to for seconds, turn off pump, repete. Then donsame thing with just the water( no powder) a few times to rinse. That should help. Please let me know, we do this at our drive thru espresso, daily. Best results do this daily, or every time on home one after about third use. Thanks Mr Bean
Hi
I am assuming that you have a digital machine. If so, you have to go into the menu and go to "Reset Descale", push the enter button and choose "Yes" and push the button again. Then you can exit the menu and it should be gone.
Never use vinegar to descale esrpresso machines since will destroy the copper parts in long terms. Vinegar is used onle on plastics and st. steel. Try to use special descaling powder which you can find online in ebay maybe
remove the brew unit and look at the white valve behind it, below that valve there is a small chamber which is probably filled with coffee grounds and water, clean chamber and below chamber is a small discharge hole that leads into the draintray, make sure it is clear.
Another way to descale your dishwasher is to use vinegar. This is also very inexpensive. Put a cup of vinegar into the dishwasher and run it, allowing it to go through all cycles. I would turn the heated dry off.
