Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies

1 Answer

I have downloaded the drivers, my printer light comes on, the message board for the printer says "Status Ready" but it will not print. My computer crashed about a month ago, had to reinstall everything. I have a Lexmark Z705 printer that works with Windows XP. Can you help?

Try updating the drivers first, view this page

I also run AVG Free and lavasoft ad-aware free, for virus and spyware protection, had no trouble for over siz years, find them at downloads.com

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi, if your laptop is online please do check the printer status if is ready, if not remove the printer icon and try to install again the printer driver, check also the IP address of your printer or it's shared name for proper handshaking..

Most likely you need to install the printer drivers that came with the printer on a CD.
Or, you can download and install the very latest drivers from Canon's website!
Install them according to thier directions and you should be printing in no time!
