Usually associated with audio speakers, try opening speaker Cassing and check if it breaks replace with new. check if the prisoner is still good (resistors) as a voltage regulator is usually the damage around it.

H730 Bluetooth I can hear people but no one can hear me

You have the 'Mute' turned on. With the H730 turned on, and wearing it, press and hold both volume buttons until you hear a beep, or a voice prompt. Then try making a call. If that doesn't work, repeat the process. Good luck.

Bluetube is connected to my cell phone but I can't hear anything

There may be linking issues between the headset and the phone. Page 11 of the user guide offers these suggestions. Also, here is a link for re-pairing your headset to the phone:

Plantronics Explorer 230 Pairing Instructions

Remember that you want to purge any possible bluetooth interference from your phone.

"Callers cannot hear me or I cannot hear caller/dialing tone:
The headset is not turned on or the headset is not connected to mobile phone. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on.
Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device.
Your headset battery is drained. Charge your battery using the AC power adapter supplied.
The listening volume is too low. Press the volume key up (toward the earloop) to increase the sound heard in the headset."

No one can hear me. I have the major volume adjustment set to "D" and the minor volume adjustment turned up a few notches, but i'm told I sound like I'm in an ocean. The configuration...

By having your microphone set to level D, try setting it on A while talking to someone who can here you while you switch through. Most systems are set to B for standard use. On the back of the unit is an up or down microphone, that would allow your voice to be made higher or lower.

I have explorer 240. I paired my device to computers bloutooth. everything was ok. But now the other party can't hear me. I tryed to pair with my cellphone, and there was the same problem... Is there...

It could be that your unit is defective and may need to be replaced but here is some information for you to check out from the user guide:

1) Callers cannot hear me, or I cannot hear caller/dialing tone.
The headset is not turned on or the headset is not connected to mobile phone. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on.
Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

I have the Plantronics S11 headset and I can hear callers, but they can't hear me, I need to know what to do. The phone is working fine and everything is all set up correctly as far as I can tell.

There are a couple of basic things to check first. You want to make sure the mute is turned off and your outgoing (mic) volume is loud enough (there is the speak level switch on the side and the speak volume control on top). Also, you want to make sure it is connected through the handset jack on the phone (generally it will not work through the headset jack on the phone). Finally you want to make sure it's configured right (scale located on the side).

We are experiencing interference on headsets when

You don't say what kind of interference you are experiencing. If it is humming, adjust the compatibility switch until the sound is clear. If the caller cannot hear your voice, make sure that the mute button is turned off (indicator off). Increase the outgoing volume by adjusting the speak volume. Adjust microphone closer to your mouth. Make sure the telephone handset hook is off the phone. Make sure all cables connections are correct and firmly in place.

Can this be fixed

Try adjusting the volume not only on your bluetooth but also on your phone as well. The 2 volumes are not associated with each other at all. If that does not work still, your Bluetooth may not be compatible with your phone or you may have a defective bluetooth. Make sure you within 18 feet of your phone when talking on your bluetooth. Hope that helps!
