Just try this link. It has circuit diagrams to some popular brand CRT TVs. Hopes that it might help you find out the exact number of the flyback transformer. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy.

Horizontal transister heat up and shortens

Try to replace new harizontal output transistor. Before replacing the transistor, check the regulator and the flyback if shorted or not.If the flyback is shorted the harizontal output transistor will be damage again if you trying to turn on again.Thanks..

JVC HD56G647 TV was working fine. Made a popping noise and now we have no picture or sound. Both lights on the front are flashing in unison. Help!

The popping noise is not a good sign. You definitely have a shorted horizontal IC and probably a bad flyback transformer. You will find several bad capacitors that contributed to this problem. The cost of repair will be more than your depreciated TV is worth. Sorry..look for a new one. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!

I heed help for my jvc av-21wa21 model dead set , i need schematic...

Sorry to tell you but I have tried to find many things for TV's such as parts prices and schematics and they are not available to the public. You have to have a user account from a registered shop to get those items and I guarantee they are not free.If you describe to me what happened to your TV,perhaps I could point you in the right direction.Good luck,Greg

I want to tarnsfer the recorded cilps on my mini DV ( JVC) to my laptop what is the software needed?

You should contact most likely the company that made the notebook.JVC may be able to provide a file or link too.I would at least start there. If they both insist on you paying for it,ask to talk to a supervisor. If that doesn't work, wait a day or 2 and try another supervisor.I did it with a file I needed for my new computer which my scanner would not link with and eventually got someone nice enough to provide it free.Good luck! My JVC everio GZ_MG77AG videocam cannot be switched one even with the power adapter. There is no single LED light on and no sound. totally dead. I already tested the power adapter and it is good. is there...

If all the removable panels are taken off and you do not see a fuse, there probably isn't a fuse in it because they would design it for easy access. It probably has something blown in the power input circuit.Sorry. :( Good luck! Greg

My jvc av-32890 makes a click and shuts off 95% of the time.It will not stay on and when it does it is only for a few seconds.

maybe your flyback. check b+ on the flyback. If you dont have voltage you can unsolder b+ pin on flyback and feed a 75 watt lamp to verify if power supply or flyback trouble.I think it`s pin 9 on flyback. look for print b+ on pcb.

JVC tv shut off and won't come back on

It is a power supply problem. As your set is nine years old all the electrolytic capacitors at the power supply area may be out of range. If you are not familiar with electronic repairs it is bettter to take to service center to check and decide according the cost you will asked.
