Unable to move files from my mac to a external mac formatted usb storage drive

I believe the Belkin N750 is not compatible with Mac-formatted drives. I run Macs and while my N750 will see the drive, it is treated as read-only. Try reformatting in FAT-16, FAT-32 or NTFS.

51331 unable to connect to the internet

1. Check Nintendo's router info for special notes, if available, for your router.
  • Click here to go to our Wireless Router Configuration page.
  • Use the drop-down box on the left to select, if available, your router manufacturer.
  • Click on your router's model number, if available.
  • Read any "special notes" at the top of the router's page. Many issues can be solved by changing settings described in the "special notes."

2. Are you using WEP security on your router?
  • Log into the router using the default IP (consult your router's manual for assistance)
  • If you are using 64-bit encryption, the WEP Key must be a 10-character key consisting of numbers or letters A through F.
  • If you are using 128-bit encryption, the WEP Key must be a 26-character key consisting of numbers or letters A through F.
  • The WEP Key must be a Hexadecimal (1-9, AF, no other special characters or letters).
  • Verify they are using the WEP Key in the first (# 1) slot. Even though their router may have multiple slots, the Nintendo DS is only compatible with the WEP Key in slot # 1.

3. Check to see if your router is using MAC filtering.
  • Log into the router using the default IP.
  • Find the section for MAC Filtering (typically under "Security").
  • If MAC Filtering is on ( "enabled"), enter the Nintendo DS's MAC address to the list of approved MAC address. For info on locating the DS's MAC address, click here. (For assistance with locating the MAC Filtering section of your router's setup tool, please consult the router's manual or contact the manufacturer.)

Error code 51330

Hello murz42
This error code is generated when the Wii console is unable to connect to the access point.
First of all, check that your router is compatible with the Wii www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/support/wii_support_5251_8071.html?id=8072
Are you using WEP or WPA security on your router? Log into your router using the default IP (if you don´t know this, or how to obtain it, consult your routers manual).
If you are using 64-bit encryption, the WEP key is a 10-character key consisting of numbers or the letters A - F. If you are using 128-bit encryption, it will consist of 26 characters. The WEP key must be hexadecimal. This means that it consists of the numbers 0-9, the letters A - F. It cannot consist of any special signs or letters. If you are using WPA, the Wii is compatible with the following types: - WPA - PSK (TKIP) - WPA - PSK (AES) - WPA2 - PSK (AES)
Next, check if your router is using MAC filtering. You still need to still be logged into your router. Find the section for MAC filtering, which is usually located under a "security" tab or something similar. If the MAC filtering is "on" or "enabled", enter the Wii´s MAC address to the list of approved MAC addresses. To find this, go to the Wii Channel menu, select "Wii settings" - "Internet" - "Console Settings". The MAC address is displayed on the first line.
Hope this helps. If you require any further help, please don´t hesitate to ask.
Good luck

I have a linksys WRT54g router set up to a desktop. I have 3 laptops on wireless - 2 laptops connect to the network just fine - but the 3rd laptop connects with limited connectivity. What can I do to get...

double check that your router is not broadcasting in only G, make it reverse compatible. There is a chance that the other laptop may not be G compatible. Also check the security key and make sure it is correct. If your blocking connections by MAC address make sure the MAC of the non functioning computer is added. You may want to delete the current connection settings from the laptop and restart with a fresh wireless connection. I hope this helps. Good luck

Mac router compatability Zoom ADSL X6

Remember it takes two to tango, so the issue may just as well be in the iMac as in the Zoom X6... Regardless of that, I had the same problem (PC works fine, iMac and PC both get flaky when the iMac is powered up). Zoom tech support suggested trying RF channels 1, 6, or 11. The router was using channel 10, changing to channel 11 calmed things down. Zoom said there wasn't anything magic in those numbers, but their testing showed those channels worked best with the Apple products.
