RX595 Printer error has occurred

I changed an ink cartridge and was sure I had it properly snapped into place; however, after charging the ink, I am getting a printer error has occurrer error. It tells me to turn off the printer, thenpress On button to turn on and to see documentation. When I turn it off and back on, it sounds like it's charging and suddenly stops with a horrible noise and gives me the same error. The only documentation I have is the on-line users guide and I'm not having any luck getting back in operation. The Ink box seems to be what is jammed as I cannot get to it to open it and since I just changed a cartridge when the problem happened it is only logical to think I might not have it snapped in.
