I need the beep codes for a think centre A52 it has a Cayman-Rh motherboard

IBM BIOS Beep Codes,

The HMM (Hardware Maintenance Manual) states any beeps past 3-1_ mean bad chips on the motherboard. Means motherboard replacement. Just out of curiosity are there any bad capacitors on the motherboard? Hello, i have an IBM net vista PC which is using 4 RIMM memory modules of 256Mb each, i removed one of them and later returned in position but from then henceforth my computer cant boot, instead its...

The IBM beep code indicates no power, loose card, or short. Was the computer unplugged when you removed the module? The first thing I would do is remove all modules, blow out any dust in the memory slots, and reinsert all. While you are in there insure any cards, sound, video, are firmly seated.

My ibm think centre wont boot i hear the fans come on but no boot

Hello

Without a laptop model number, we can only give you general advice.

Does the laptop beep when you turn it on? If it does, the number of beeps will indicate what is wrong.

If it does not beep, there may be a power issue - try removing the battery and use the AC Adapter only. Also, try swapping out the power adapter if you can.

Trying to install sims2 double delux on a ibm think pad 2628

What is the problem?
Are you using Download Manager, because if the load time is just getting longer and longer, it's the Manager's problem not your's.
If your are using the disk, make sure there are no cracks or scratches.

When you turn the machine on, press the blue IBM button on the keyboard. This will bypass the normal boot up and let you into the BIOS.

I have thinkcenter machine when i boot the machine continous beep is originating first small beep and then continous beep and behave like this and system does not boot please suggest

Yes those beeps are a beep code. The way it is currently beeping means you have a bad RAM stick. Open case and make sure the RAM is seated correctly, sometimes it can come loose. You can also take one stick out if you have two and reboot. If it does it again then take that RAM out and replace it with the one you took out. If it still beeps then you need to buy new RAM. That will correct the problem.

Please rate this solution with 4 diamonds.

you may want to boot from the install disk, in CD area, to see if you have a blown hard drive.
