No, the DDR2 memory won't fit in the DDR slot. (Different memory is "keyed" with different lengths of conductors followed by a space and then more conductors. Each type of memory may have a different number of pins and run at different voltages, as well.) SO-Dimms (laptop memory) both have 200 pins for DDR and DDR2. However the DDR uses 2.5V and the DDR2 uses 1.8V - so you could damage your motherboard and the memory by using DDR2 in a DDR slot.
I wish that I had better news.

(I've dealt with more desktop memory issues. In that case, DDR memory has 184 pins and DDR2 has 240 pins.)
Pc3200 is original ddr- ram but pc6400 specifies to ddr2. The ram is not compatible. And the key slots on your mainboard will prevent installation.
Because DDR memory is backward-compatible, you can safely upgrade your system with any of the guaranteed-compatible DDR speeds listed below, even if your manual calls for PC1600 or PC2100 speeds.
Each memory slot can hold DDR PC3200, DDR PC2700 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.*
