I have a KX-F880 fax machine... it seems to be in some sort of loop and keeps printing the same page over and over and it says "fax in memory" Is there a way to clear the "fax in memory? I...


Either the memory has gone into a loop or the paper is not exiting the fax correctly and the m/c is going into a paper jam. So that when you clear the jam its prints the same doc again expecting it to be ok. If not then repost and will tell you how to clear the memory.

How do we "clear toner counter" from the display screen


Reset the toner counter by pressing
the LIFE key (flip up the Rapid Key overlay if necessary), the "2" key,
and the START key.

NOTE: Perform the following procedure to reset the Drum Cartridge counter after you replace the Drum Cartridge. Do not perform this procedure at any other time.
  1. From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button, then press [5], [2], [0], [4]. The screen will display: Change drum.
    1. Yes
    2. No
  2. Press [1], then press [Enter]. The screen will display: Completed.

Press Dataregistration button.when user settings is displayed,press # key,on the screen sssw will apear,scroll with the arrows untill "clear" is display on the screen press set,page with the arrow untill "all" is displayed.press set.Country settings and language settings will be display to be set again.

Receiving blank document


Remove the toner cartridge and look to the left inside.

you should see 2 spring loaded loops. If one is bent down, you will get blanks.

If you want to taclke the job of straightening the loop, write back.

Workcentrepro 575 will not reset after replacing drum and toner. still says replace drum. will not print, send, copy.


This should reset that for you.

Magic 5 telephone fax and copier. telephone sometimes rings then displays connecting no fax then displays no loop connection

No loop current


I believe that with this model there are 2 places to insert a phone line and you may have them backwards, also, it could be a bad phone cord that your using... check these easy things first...
