Actually there is a solution.
If you try and pull the tubes out it wont work as its friction fit. However if you move them from side to side a little, keep wobbling and they will eventually loosen. This will work unless the tubes/pipes have been bent from trying to prise them apart. Once they are free apply furniture polish around the rings so that in the future sticking metal pipes will not stick together so much.

Static electric shocks

This occurs when the air is dry. The vacuum builds up a static charge when running. If you touch something metallic, you will get shocked. To dissipate the charge on your body, run your hand along a wall - it helps to reduce the shocks.

How do i pull the poles apart?

If you have a bath, I suggest that you run a couple of inches of hot soapy water and leave them to soak for half an hour. When you take them out twist and pull the tubes at the same time.
If they still do not come apart hold at 45% to the floor and tap one end lightly on the floor (not so hard that you damage anything) turn a little after each tap, then try again to twist an pull them apart.
When you do part them clean the joint where the tubes touch and then rub will a little cooking oil on a piece of kitchen roll, makes them easier to part next time.

Tubes falling apart, wobbly attachments - brand new Henry

Unusual, but try cleaninig the connections with a drop of white spirit or meths. also when putting the connections together give it a little twist as you push it together.

The chrome tubes will not come apart

It's a tight fit to start with, and it's nothing unusual about that if you don't take them apart regularly.

One way to loosen them is to tap the tube that goes in and near the union, with something that won't damage the metal.
Just keep turning the tubes and tapping.
They won''t come apart immediately, but with a little patience they will come apart.

Likely you'll see some rust inside as well.

Henry's switch has come out.I found the red switch and 2 bent bits of metal. How do they fit together to make him work again?

Rather than coming out, it sounds more like the switch has come apart. It also sounds like you haven't got all the bits. Even if you'd got everything, and knew how to assemble it, there's a good chance it will come apart again anyway. The only safe thing to do is get a complete new switch.
I value your feedback, so please remember to rate this response. Good luck!

Can i wash the filter on my numatic henry hoover?

If it is a recent model 2007 onwards, it may not be too successful, but you could try if absolutely necessary. Although not normally required, earlier filters can be gently washed by hand in a soapy solution, thoroughly rinsed and left to dry naturally.
