Question about Panasonic KV SS905C Path-Through Scanner
Scanner is not working. It was tested and when I clicked on the scan icon an error message says "No scanner available. Unable to Proceed (code 0000003d)." I checked the connections, I turned it off and on again, I logged off and on again, and the problem was not corrected.

Is it a USB scanner? Look in System information\device manager to see if your scanner is at all recognized by the computer. If not, install the drivers that came with the scanner. If the drivers are already installed, use it with another USB cable to see if your own is the culprit. If the problem persists, replace the USB card.
