Have reset the lamp hours after installing the new lamp? If, not the projector has treated the new lamp as old lamp & refusing to light further. So, reset the lamp hours to zero. To reset the lamp timer do as follows. Plug the power cord into the AC socket of the projector. Switch ON the power of the socket. (not projector) While pressing simultaneously INPUT, ENTER & UNDO on the projector, press ON on the projector. "LAMP 100%" is displayed, indicating that the lamp timer is reset. hi, its because ur lamps life comes on its end. its time to replace the lamp. after replacing u should rest the lamp timer to zero. if u have already replaced the lamp do the following,if not also.

just to be sure you have the correct timer reset procedure: power the projector up, press and hold down the 2 brightness buttons for at least 10 seconds. if that doesn't work, you'll need to upgrade the firmware. go to the infocus website.
try resetting the lamp timer. if that doesn't work: listen for a high pitched whir when you power it on. if you don't hear it, the colorwheel needs replacing. if you do hear it and it doesn't light, the ballast is bad and needs replacing.
