Washin Machine Spinning Problem

Hi I have a whirpool integrated washing machine, a couple of weeks ago a loud noise started at the spinning stage but now the drum has completed stopped from working. I opend the back of the machine and I found the belt came off I didn't want to put it back as the drum is completely blocked. Can you help? Thanks.

The main tub bearing is stuffed, thus the noise. The spindle becomes loose and the belt rides off. Bearings can be replaced.
