You cannot restore when your mobile is switched off. Switch ur mobile C2-03 go to settings, then scroll down to the last option restore factory settings.....they will ask you whether you have to restore simply settings or all data? It is on ur wish...select option, then enter the security code 12345 then click restore...ok. You will get your mobile restored!!

yes you can do a master reset to restore it to factory but i would try a soft reset first. it will also do what you looking to do but it wont erase your data . i have included a full list of codes . try the master unlock code first.

1) Just check the number in the contact if not present add it!
2) Make a backup of the content using backup.
3) Format your mobile!
4) Restore your mobile content.

Remember the mobile battery should be fully charged!

Take Out the battery & Insert it again! If the mobile is not ON turn it ON then quickly press Ctrl + Shift + F You see a warning msg saying something like! Do you want to format the phone! Press format & your mobile will be restored to its default factory settings.
