I would attempt to contact EA and ask if there is any way to receive a new code. If they will provide a new code, then they will probally ask for some proof that you bought the game or something. But please know, chances are they won't give you another code. They will probally tell you you have to go buy another copy. But it's worth a try. Try to contact via e-mail or phone. If you go to the EA website, there going to ask you to make an account before you can enter some parts of the website. Just make one real quick and then go to the section that say "contact us" or something like that.
