I have the same problem. This printer works fine with the computer it is connected to. However, when using it as a shared printer, all of the jobs get stuck in the print spooler (on the computer that the printer is physically connected to). I cannot delete/cancel the job. Even after stopping and restarting the print spooler the job still shows up stuck in the print queue.

If you restart your computer it should come back up with a message about a pending print job - you can purge it that way.

Before you did this have you ensured that your printing is not paused?

Memory will not clear and continues to print the same page

Try going into the print que on your PC and delete the job that seems to be stuck in there. START, CONTROL PANEL,PRINTERS AND FAXES, LEFT CLICK ON THE PRINTER ICON THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR PRINTER,OPEN and then see if it shows any pending print jobs- then delete them.

Print job stuck in printer que

Try to power off your computer and printer and let it stay for 5 minutes. Then turn on your printer and computer to see if pending print jobs we're cancelled.

If the problem still there, you can kill the spool process running on your taskbar. Press control + alt +delete button to open the task bar and delete the process from the processes tab.

Trying to print, but Status Paused is showing

Hi

Thanks for using FIxYa. Please turn the printer off and then cancel all the print queues pending in the bottom toolbar by double clicking on the printer logo if you want to delete all the pending printing files. Now turn the printer on. If you do not want to cancel all the printing jobs then you can double click on the printer logo showing in the right side of the bottom tool bar and then right click on the printing jobs pending for printings then click on restart printing. Issue will be resolved and it will not show ‘paused status’.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Try rebooting, that works for me most of the time.

Will not print

Try unplugging the USB cable from the back of the computer, not from the back off the printer. Also, try deleting the printer from/at the printer/fax page and restarting your computer so it will reinstall. In either case, when checking the printer/fax folder, make sure there is nothing pending printing. If there is, click on delete all pending printing jobs. If there is a print job pending and you can not cancell/delete this job, then you must delete the printer icon and restart your computer. Aloha!

Hp psc 1410 cannot delete remote redirected print job

There is a option in printer box "Purge Print document" you try that option, After Purge then delete the document, which is still present in your box. At a time turn off the printer. All the pending printing commands will delete.
