The headlight are hook up in a series circuit. Did you check the
fuse--headlights are on a separate circuit. There could be broken wire. faulty
fuse. Faulty connection in the fuse panel considering that head lights pull
large amount of current for operations.
When troubleshooting wiring circuits. Start at the switch and see if you have
voltage to it, if not, then check the fuse. Check the plug connect on the fire
wall to see if there is continuity or voltage. If you have corrosion in the plug
clean them then use a good quality dielectric grease to seal the plug
connection.
Also check the Head Light Bulb and see if there are burn out. Simpler things
