Install problem

Hard to pin point your problem from your post. However, i'm refering you to the appropriate section in the manual out of the fixya website, follow the instructions as close as possible: http://www.fixya.com/BrowseManual.aspx?p...

Some questions first- how come you're being asked to uninstall Benq before you actually installed it? didn't you find the program in the Add/Remove menu? have you tried searching for the file through the explorer search? (right click on start>search 'all or part of the file name "Benq" ' 'look in "local hard drives" ') have you tried restarting the computer?
