Most oil producers publish helpful application catalogues for their products. Some companies even dispense with technical specification and label simply "Compressor Oil" which removes much guesswork.

In the case of difficulty most larger towns will have a small company supplying all manner of hoses, pipes, seals, connectors and general trade and industrial requisites and often carrying out hydraulic repairs. Specialised lubricants are routine business for such companies.

Do i mix the gas or use straight gas

The answer is that ALL 2-stroke engines requires that you mix oil with the gas. ALL 4-stroke engines do not take oil in the gas. So the simple answer is if there is no place to add oil, then you have to mix oil in the gas - not the same kind of oil though! I don't know this particular model, but I have never seen a 4-stroke wearable leaf-blower. The kind on wheels could be either, but most (maybe all) are 4-stroke.

There is a alladin-lamp, genie looking icon, lit on the dash board. I need to replace some type of fluid, but what is it? I don't have manual.

Yes, that is in fact the indicator for engine oil and you are correct about not driving it if you are not sure.
Driving any vehicle at all with an oil problem will definitely cause permanent damage that could cause it to be immediately disabled or lead to it's premature wear in the future.
Look beneath the car for oil puddles. If you don't see any then add 1 quart of 10w 30 natural, new oil to it. Wait a minute then look beneath the car and watch for about 30 seconds to see any oil dripping. If you do not, then continue.
Add 2 more quarts of the same oil, keeping a close eye on whether it is leaking or not.
Use the oil dipstick to check level. Park the car on a flat surface. The dipstick will either have cross hatch marks on it or holes in it, 4 holes is four quarts capacity to full, likewise with the hatch marked areas on the stick in 4 separate sections.
Obtaining the user manual very likely could be done for free of cost on line, I think using the google search engine will yield the best results. It is often that someone on a discussion forum has a copy and uploads it via pdf file. Otherwise you could try a GM website but don't be shocked if they want a bunch of money for it.

I bought a Presto Popcorn Now continuous popper at a garage sale. There were no instructions and the seller never learned how to use it, having recieved it as a "hand-down". I want to know how...

WAIT! Do not add any oil or butter. I don't know what kind of machine you have, but only POPCORN goes inside the Popcornnow. I have an old one that melts butter on the top cover, although I don't recommend that. I recommend butter in the microwave. Repeat: DO NOT ADD OIL where the popcorn goes or you will set a fire.

My mower lacks speed in forward. It works fine in reverse. Does it need hydraulic fluid? If so, how do I add it?

Good question ... what kind is it ... should I guess? Some take 30 weight non detergent oil ... others take transmission fluid type F or GM or other "flavor" (specialty oil). Some fill under the seat others fill else where. Are you sure it is hydraulic? Have you looked for the fill tube? Do you have the instruction/owners manual anywhere? I would like to help you and maybe I have, inadvertently. Please don't put anything in until (1) you know what kind of fluid is suppose to be put in (2) you know it is low and requires additional fluid (3) don't operate it until you get the answers to (1) and (2). Is there a dealer for your unnamed make and model in your town? Have you called them? Maybe you should give them a call ...

If you have additional information to offer which will help me to help you solve your trouble, please post it. Thank you.
