Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
After looking shortly on google, you are not the only one with this problem. The soluitions are divers, but it all ends in "Contact Sony about it via their tech support
number- there is a chance the fan inside may not be working properly.
If that is the case they will repair/ replace it at no charge thanks to
the one year warranty they have on it."
If you still have a warranty on it, get it fixed through sony.
If you don't, several comments suggest you set your ps3 in a nice ventilated part of your room.
Suggestions make that at least 4 inches of room all around the ps3, except the bottom of the machine. Also, don't put it in a cabinet or anysorts of those kind.
I hope this sorts it out!
