Sharp, you have to format the SD through your phone and then copy the music to the folder provided by the phone for the music. make sure you check the playing / bitrate / file type of audio file that the phone is limited to play.

if you have other questions just lemme know

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i get muve music to work on a sd card thats not from cricket?

I don't use move music so I just put a new one in. Since my SD card wasn't dead all the time, I was able to copy it off to my computer.

After inserting the new card, formatted it, and all I restored were my pics. That's all I needed.

Two other options you can try:

I was having same problem with a 4 yr old digital camera. Apparently, it only recognizes up to 512 MB, and the card needs to be partitioned into 4 parts.
