hello sir, my name is priyank i am facing a problem of white light when i start phone. and all operation is faild. and now my phone is not started.and also suggest me if any kind of antiviris softwere install in my w550i model.

I have also w550i last month i face this problem .i send it to repair center and found a problem in mother board.so i also suggest u to take this to nearest authorised service center

Try taking out the battery and leaving it out overnight then put back in and try to turn on again. If this doesn't help, then your phone's software needs to be flashed.
Sorry but you cannot install .sis files on a W550i as they are symbian and the W550i does not support symbian, the W550i does support .jar files though.

that is the proses to download the operating system like pc format
for the flashing u have to have M.T, box that cost near about 5000Rs/- so i advise to u to go nearest service center ok bye sir
