Hello, you can fix them with pressing fix button on your soft or you have to find best Antivirus/spy for your PC. You can download trial mode of this product (Symantec) they will help you solve your problem
NOTE: not use your PC if there trojan, if you will use it, you will help trojan to destroy your PC. Remove your spays first then work on your PC.

I have an Acer Aspire 5732Z, 8 months old, bought new. When I go on the internet I get a lot of flashing and flickering on the screen and it's really starting to annoy me. Is this a common problem and...

You have been infected with spyware and/or adware - the flashing you see are popups that appear and are being blocked by your browser.
Install and run another antivirus and from now on stop using Internet Explorer - use another browser, like Firefox or Opera.

It powers on and boots up,then after 5 to 10 minutes of using it shuts off

Hello sir, hi automatic shutdown can be cause by several factors, but the common ones are the ff:
  1. aaw7boot infection, check your drive c if this file is present. this needs to be removed. If found this can be deleted on safemode, if the infection is deep, install an anti spyware or anti malware program.
  2. infected by a malware, scan your PC with an anti malware software, you can get one free on
  3. power supply problems, this should be checked by a qualifies technician,
  4. Battery problem, replace it with a new one.
  5. Systemboard problem, buy a new laptop.
let me know your progress.

Intermitant freezing has been a problem for a while, everything including keyboard locked up and had to reboot. problem has gotten worse recently, cpu running at about 30%, even when just on the net....

You are more or less likely suffering from the effects of too much spyware and adware. I recommend running AD-Aware, which will scan your computer and quarantine any adware or spyware it comes across.

I have a dell latitude d350 it is a great computer but somehow it got spyware and tuns of virusus on it

disable system restore and delete the restore points and then update your anti virus and anti spyware defintions and run a virus and spyware scan in safemode.
How to disable system restore points and delete them
How to get into safe mode
Also what anti virus and anti spyware products are you using - if anything symantec then get rid of that and use avg free or avast ( register it for free and then its free for home use )
Also for anti spyware use spybot search and destroy as well as a squared
If you need specific links to those post back. If you need further info / help post back
Also if this resolves your issue please rate it as a fix.

Well, from Microsoft (Microcrap) they say it can be cause by several things on your system.
  1. Motherboard going bad
  2. Memory chips going bad
  3. Windows file or is damaged or Infect with a Virus/Spyware/Adware/Trojan
  4. Real-mode driver & Protected-mode driver are conflicting
  5. Registry is corrupted. (Heaven forbid this happens)
  6. Plug-In-Play in bios is also corrupted
Among others items on your system.
One thing you can dois , find online MEMTEST and make a cd image of it. Let it run of the cd and see if your memory is bad.
Most simplest of what has to be done.

I know of a lot that DON'T work, and I would never pay anything for any of them anyway.

One that does remove spyware, junk and other such and is completely free is Spybot - Search and Destroy but that only cleans up spyware, adware, malware and rootkits. It won't 'declutter' windows's normal functions. Still worth a try, though, because spyware and adware can eat up huge amounts of memory. You can download it here.
