There is no way but to replace the full kit assembly which can be sourced from the honda dealership close to your place. Make sure that there is no friction or tightness in the lever and pedals.
My suggestion is if you plan to do repairs to this vehical buy a Haynes repair manual. They are worth the small investment. You may be able to find these on line used. If you want to do this brake job get the book.
The filler neck is much more than the rubber boot you speak of. Here's a link to one place it can be purchased on line. You can do a Google search for other sources.
