How to replace battery?

I can't find any way to open the unit to replace the battery and am thinking of returning it. Does anyone know how to do this?
It has to be simplier than this!

I really don't see how you could turn the clip at the back, so that the backside would come off. I hear the clicking noise of the actual holding place, I don't see the back lid moving. I'm also not in the mood of trying it any harder and breaking the clip. I need it.

The clip on the back can be used as a turn-knob. Twist it off, and the back comes off. I doubt that anyone has the correct battery however. This player is one of the more problem-laden mp3 players out there, so a return of the item is not uncalled for.

I need to get the back off my new ice watch to replace battery but I can't? Anyone know how please?

Waterproof or water resistant watches usually need a wrench to unscrew the back. I use a pair of 90 degree circlip pliers. A jeweller would remove the strap and fit the watch into a holder before using the wrench.

Few jewellers would guarantee the water resistance of a watch after fitting a new battery. If it is required a watch be returned to its original specification it must be returned to the manufacturer or an agent for battery fitting and pressure testing.

Some watches have a back that is pressed into place. Fairly easy to prise off but very difficult to replace without the tools. This type does not have the grooves a wrench fits into.

Battery replacement

To open up your shaver, remove the lotion cover and remove all 5 screws with a small flat head screwdriver. They have a star head, but also a flat notch. Since they shaver is water tight, the first time you open it up it will be difficult, but if you pry off with your screwdriver it should pop off.
Towards the head of the shaver the batteries are soldered to the circuit board. Pull the tail end of the batteries out of the plastic holder and cut them at the top end as close to the batteries as you can, or CAREFULLY bend it back and forth to snap the metal. Dispose of the batteries responsibly as you would any batteries.

I think you can, but if anyone will return the money, you should ask the firm you bought this.

RS 4i won't power up

the 3v battery supports the program info,if it goes bad, u have to send in and they will replace battery and reprogram for u. that is as long as the sysytem is paid for, after one year of service, unit shuts down and u have to call in and they will walk u through entering a code to reset. as long as there is a zero ballance. mine has a bad powerpack 6v 2.1ah 0525 battery, if u have an extra i sure could use. contact is cphlah@yahoo.com. i am in louisiana. thanks

Laser unit polygon motor failure

This error usually means that the laser unit on the machine has failed. Just replace the laser unit part number 116-1110-00. I've bought couple of them from www.iteminconline.com. They also give good customer service for free and I think 30 day return if the part is not working. hopefully this helps

My DVD, when switched on makes buzz/rattle noises.

this could be a lot of differant issues. First thing I would do if your a tech or know how to troubleshoot solid state elctronics is try the easyest thing first like unplug unit for 12 to 24 hours. then open the unit and check for ripple on the b+ lines. if the power supply is good i would then check the slider as well as the return home/park switch. The make sure that the slider does return to home and that the drive Ic for the motor is not over heating. If you cannot make these checks then the only thing you can do is try the reset like I said as it most likly will not be worth the bench charge to invest into this unit. thats the way these things are built, a throw away sociaty
