Question about Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108 DVD Camcorder
I have just installed the software on my laptop, and am now trying to establish a connection between the laptop and cam corder in order to ultimately save a video on my PC. On the screen of the cam corder I receive the message: "Connecting... Do not unplug the USB cable. Do not turn off the power." This message has been displayed for many minutes. There is a physical USB connection between the two devices, and I am trying to pull video from the cam corder disk to my PC. Do you have a suggestion?
I have a sony handycam carl zeiss vario-tessar and i just recorded a video on tape. I have a USB cable from a Vtech camera and I am trying to use it to transfer the video to my PC. So then I can send it through email. I also have a memory stick in the camera, maybe that would help me get the video to my PC. There is another cable that seems like it should work but when I plug it into the PC nothing happens. Please help me get this video to my PC so i can email it out.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
