If its anything like an samsung tablet hold the power button down for atlest a min. I had to hold mine down for 30 seconds to get it to reboot
If you can shut it off with the "off" button, do so. If it's froze however, it may not let you do this.
The other option is to remove the battery, then replace it after about 30 seconds, and turn it on. Before doing this however, I suggest contacting a dealer representative for a more preferred option, as this may cause you to loose any recent or even saved work.
