Check for the blown fuses, my monitor was fixed right after that, but it's a tedious task, you have to open the back of the monitor and look for the blown fuses or blown connectors.

My LCD monitor is blinking green but no display is coming, some days back after blinking 15-20 minute display comes. But now display not come

Most common failure in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, falied inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what goes wrong: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further.

Hi there, it sounds like this monitor is going out on you. Try a different monitor if you can, see if that fixes the problem!

I already have the solution to that problem. It is a faulty capacitor that needs replacement. If you want you can copy and paste this link http://loversdelight-ididitmyself.blogspot.com.

Blinking monitor screen

this might be overly technical, but it sounds like the video card is on the blink (no pun intended). I'd power down the machine, open it up, pull the video card, re-seat it, and power the computer back on.
If it continues to do this, that card is probably toast.
