Question about Computers & Internet
Press F8 on the onset of the pc's startup. You'll be redirected to the advanced boot configuration. Select Safe Mode and will be redirected to the login screen. Choose Administrator as the login. As soon as you were able to login under the administrator profile,
follow this. Go to control panel --> User Accounts --> select the
Account that you're having difficulty loggin in --> remove password
---> delete all characters under the field ---> click OK. Restart
the computer normally.
If it happens that the administrator login also asks the same password, this would mean that your own profile is the administrator and the only way to eliminate this would be to do a Repair or OS reinstallation.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
