All other windows work. How do I trouble shoot if it's the switch or the motor? Are there more than one window motors? Where are they located?
Are there multiple power window fuses?

Remove the door panel, and disconnect the plug for the window motor. Using a test light, see if you are getting power to the plug while operating the switch. If you are, I'd replace the window motor. Being that neither the master switch and the switch on the actual door aren't working, its a pretty safe bet that its the motor.
I'd try to see if I could hear the window motor working.
Otherwise, I'd remove the door panel and take a voltage reading at the window motor.
If ya have voltage, then we're looking at a window motor or a window regulator.
first check fuses and relays
next check window switch
then make sure your getting power to motor on window winder if you are then more than likely motor faulty or could be just jammed in some way
